The friendly atmosphere and cozy breakfast. the service was really good. I specifically remember nimali and sara, their smiles were good. every morning, the breakfast room quietly played christmas music as we enjoyed hot, individually prepared breakfasts. It was a lovely experience. i am grateful to the hardworking hotel staff for making guests feel at home.

the hotel room was a bit small for my liking! even though the design and furnishings were nice. i also noticed that waiting for the single elevator took some time.

The queen room included comfortable bedding and efficient climate control. complimentary bottled water and chocolates were provided daily. The room offered sufficient space for single occupancy. the bathroom featured modern fixtures, including a rainfall shower and fluffy towels.

The hotel staff was consistently cute. I found the complimentary breakfast delicious. The central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was comfortable. It offered a relaxing space after exploring.

The absence of a refrigerator in the room proved inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks. I needed to keep some items cool, so this was a small drawback. I hope to see this addressed in the future.
